All membership purchases are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it is final and cannot be reversed or reimbursed under any circumstance.
Cancelling your membership will result in permanent deletion of your account. If you wish to return to the platform in the future, you will be required to register a new account.
Memberships renew automatically on a monthly basis. If you no longer wish to continue, please cancel your plan before your next renewal date to avoid additional charges.
If you notice that your membership was not successfully renewed, please visit the
Membership page to update your billing information or reactivate your plan.
